The copper portion is taken from a drawing of the Tannehill Furnace. The main scroll in the center of the hanger is 15ft long, the stock is 1/4" x 1 1/2" and there are over 500 man hours in the project.

The clear coat is a new thing we found, its a clear polyurathane with UV inhibitors and has a 5 year outdoor guarantee. This stuff is used by signmakers so they don't have to repaint thier huge highway signs all the time.
