Note that Friedrichsfeld is mispelled, missing an 'e' and that there are two time periods on the anvil.
Friedrichsfeld was an administrative center for many other POW work camps.
Marking is in French and the style of the anvil is very old French so most likely a French prisoner made it.
Marked "FRIDRISCHFELD 1915-1918" . . . . "SOUVENIR DE CAPTIVITÉ SENNE 1914-1915"
