He demonstrated toolmaking that can only be gained through years of experiance. His lecture while he worked held the interest of all spectators. space

Uri's explanations were given in basic and simple terms. His energy and enthusiasm for blacksmithing hypnotized all listening. He spoke of the happiness of forging and "dancing with the hammer". His talk on hammer control and holding the hammer was excellent

Uri Hoffi and Tom Clark photo (c) 2001 Randal Guess Tom Clark worked as assistant to Hoffi and is and experianced smith and foundryman in his own right. Tom was constantly moving and always a step ahead to keep things at the ready for the next portion of the demo.
