BGOP Spring Fling 2000 Report by Jim Paw-Paw Wilson
Faye LeCompte presents the Alex Bealer award to Peter Ross.	Peter Ross is ALMOST speechless! That's a rare condition for Peter, according to the folks who know him better than I do. But from the standing ovation when Faye announced the winner, this was an award that Peter richly deserved.
Dave May receives Certificate of Appreciation from new BGOP president Keith Kuck.	Folks, honest I haven't lost my mind. But I did lose one of my notes, and it had four different items on it. I can't remember the name of the sculpture that did the work with the pipe, and I wrote it down! (fixed) I cannot for the life of me remember Faye's last name, and I specifically asked him! (fixed) I can't remember . . . I wrote IT down. (Ken Schwarz) And last, I can't remember. . .
