Easy Nutritarian Meals

The Salad is the Main Course!

Vegetarian or Nutritarian meals do not have to be bland or boring. The following are typical meals we had during a week.
Bean Patty

Patty made from Sheri's Beans breaded with ground flax seed, a garden salad with spinach greens, black olives and topped with fresh home made salsa.

Mixed Vegetables and Asparagus

Steamed Brussels Sprouts, Broccoli and Asparagus with Sheri's Beans, Fresh Garden Salad and home made salsa.

A rare meal without beans, a garden salad with sliced tomatoes and black olives. Fruit mix with cantaloupe, kiwi, peaches, strawberries, blue berries and goji berries.
Portabello Mushrooms stuffed with beans.
Stuffed Mushrooms and Avacado

Portabello mushrooms stuffed with Sheri's beans topped with home made salsa and fresh onions, steamed vegatables and avacado slices.
Steamed Brussels sprouts and broccoli
Steamed Vegetables and Salsa

Guru's Favorite, steamed Brussels sprouts and broccoli with Sheri's Beans and salsa. Frozen vegetables microwaved in a covered 1 quart CorningWare dish (10 minutes).

Seasonal fresh fruit mix with Canteelope, Pineapple, Kiwi Blue berries, Goji berries and more. . .
