Double horned European bench anvil

European Double Horn Bench Anvil

Photo from Alain Sansot ebay France. Image processing by by Jock Dempsey.

This is a fairly common European bench or "craft" anvil. Its size and weight put it out of the range of jewelers and miniature anvils. This larger size makes it a "bench" anvil.

The symmetry and graceful lines make this a beautiful pattern compared to most (American) bench anvils. The oval base is very nice aesthetically.

Dimensions:
Length: 205 mm (8-1/16")
Weight: 2.5 kg (5.51 lbs.)
